Return Policy

This returns policy applies when you make a purchase online from our website. Please ensure you include your Order Number to we can swiftly manage your query.

Upon delivery, it is the customer's responsibility to check the contents of their packages and inform us of any discrepancies at the earliest opportunity.

Your Right To Cancel Your Order (Right To Withdrawal)

As per the European Union (Consumer Information, Cancellation and Other Rights) Regulations 2013, if you wish to return goods you have purchased from our website, you can notify us by completing the Returns Form, and returning the goods to us as specified above. While you can inspect the goods, please note the goods must be in their original packaging, they must not have been used and or they must not have been installed.

There is a cooling off period of 14 days during which you have the right to cancel your order. You must return the items no later than 14 working days after the receipt of goods.

We are happy to exchange or refund goods if returned within 14 days of purchase and provided that they remain in an unused, re-saleable, as sold condition. As sold conditions means that the goods are unopened, in their original packaging condition and include all documentation and materials, manuals and accessories intact and the item and packaging are undamaged and unused.

Returning Incorrect Items
Where in the unlikely case you receive the wrong item, please contact Customer Support and include your Order Number. Please note that some items may be dispatched in an outer carton that differs in description to that of the items ordered. If you receive an item which differs in description please ensure that you check inside the box to confirm that the correct items are not inside the box.

Damaged or Faulty Items

Damaged in Transit
We strive to ensure all your purchases reach you in perfect condition. If you receive a delivery and the item is damaged please refuse the delivery and notify us within 24 hours via our online Contact Us page please include your ORDER NUMBER. Where the damage is not noticeable until you open your parcel, after you have signed for delivery or where the parcel is delivered via routine An Post / Royal Mail which cannot be refused, then you must notify us within 48 hours via our online Contact Us page. We will then advise on how best to proceed. Please check all contents on receipt of your order.

We are unable to accept a return of goods damaged in transit unless you notify us within 48 hours of receipt of your order.

Faulty Item
In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty item you may return this item to us in accordance with your statutory rights subject to the returns exclusions below.

Returns Exclusions

We are unable to offer a refund or an exchange under this policy on the following goods once they have been removed from their packaging in the interest of hygiene: mattresses, pillows, bed linen (including pillow cases, sheets, mattress protectors, swaddles, rompers, sleep bags and other bedding) Maternity Pillows and Gift Cards.

In addition, any technology purchased in sealed packaging cannot be returned once the clear seal is broken. All technology products are covered for faults by our guarantee. The guarantee excludes faults caused by accident, physical damage, neglect, misuse, wear and tear or failure to follow the instructions.

Where you have received the faulty or damaged items, please contact Customer Support and include your Order Number.

Where a return is as a result of incorrect items, damage or faults we are happy to provide you with a full refund or like for like product exchange.

Change of Mind

We will refund your goods within 14 days of purchase and provided that they remain in an unused, re-saleable, as sold condition. As sold conditions means that the goods are unopened, in their original packaging condition and include all documentation and materials, manuals and accessories intact and the item and packaging are undamaged and unused. In the case of a change of mind return we are unable to provide an exchange for an alternative product.

Please be aware that we will refund your delivery cost only if the return is as a result of our error (e.g. faulty product or incorrectly shipped) and that if you wish to return an order due to a change of mind you will be responsible for all delivery costs when returning goods to our warehouse. In addition, a fee may apply, where the item(s) returned have diminished in value through handling the item beyond what is necessary to inspect the features and characteristics of the item(s).

Please note that if you wish to return an order due to a change of mind you will be responsible for all transport costs when returning goods to our warehouse. In addition, any refund processed to yourself will be subject to any diminished value of the goods which may arise from the mishandling or misuse of the goods beyond what is necessary to inspect the goods upon you receiving them.

To return an item(s) firstly print the Returns Form, complete it, include your Order Number and return it with your invoice and goods to the address on the form

We would recommend that you return your items via registered post. Please clearly state on the invoice the reason for return and whether you require a refund or exchange. We are only able to exchange items for the same product.

Please note that it is your responsibility to return the item(s) in protective packaging. We reserve the right to refuse returns or to charge you for our reasonable cost if the product is received otherwise than in accordance with these requirements.

Once the item is received back to the warehouse it will be checked to confirm it meets the above conditions of return. If it meets these conditions we will then process a refund for this item.

Refunds will be processed back to the same payment method that was used for the order.

Refunds of Delivery Costs
